
The Ghana Journalists Association (GJA) has reached an out-of-court settlement with its member, Caroline Boateng in the matter “CAROLINE BOATENG VRS GJA PRESIDENT & ORS” to pave way for the election of national and regional executives on the 3rd October, 2021.
This agreement was procured under the auspices of His Royal Majesty, King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II, the Ga Mantse on Friday, 3rd September,2021.
In a News Release issued and signed by the GJA General Secretary, Kofi Yeboah further stated that the Parties in the dispute agreed to the handing over and swearing – in of the elected executives two weeks after the declaration of the election results.
